Nice little base to come back to in the evening after a hard day discovering North Devon.

The only thing that we didn’t like about the property, was the showerhead kept falling down so we had to prop it up with something.

The pictures didn't give it justice. Really homely cosey feel. Staff on hand to help whenever needed. Facilities excellent with heated pool. Really lovely breakfast. Peacocks came to the door in the morning to say hi. Great views.

The children enjoyed the games room and pool.

The cottage was dirty, we did not cook as the oven was not clean, grease and fat marks everywhere. It was a cottage to sleep eight people, however only 6 chairs around the kitchen table and only 5 to seat in the living room. To sleep 8 the eighth person had a fold up camp bed. Tennis courts were covered in rubbish and non existent. No Sauna.
